Each summer, the Centre for Teaching and Learning's Student Experience Internship Scheme enables Oxford students to work in partnership with University staff to co-design and carry out defined projects that provide demonstrable benefits to students' learning experiences at Oxford.
The scheme is run as part of the University’s Summer Internship Programme, which offers students hundreds of funded internship opportunities during the long (summer) vacation. The programme is administered by the Careers Service's Internship Office, whose invaluable support includes promoting our scheme to students, managing applications, and overseeing the placement process.
In 2023, we worked with eight student partners on two projects as part of our Student Experience Internship Scheme 2023:
- Project 1: Investigating students’ digital needs
- Project 2: Developing an academic skills hub proposal.
